Against the Wind
I have spent many days fighting for the rights of all races colors and creeds in this life I have lived and am living, what I have found is many people all over our world have forgotten their basic human rights or it has been taught out of them through fear and indoctrination that even the show of compassion seems to have left their souls in my eyes No human being should ever have to fear for his own life because of political or religious beliefs. We are all in this together, my friends, the rich, the poor, the red, white, black, brown and yellow. We share responsibility for Mother Earth and those who live and breathe upon her ..never forget that.
How can we as a race of beings fix this issue of our time, and heal our souls ? To heal will require real effort, and a change of heart, from all of us. To heal means that we will begin to look upon one another with respect and tolerance instead of prejudice, distrust and hatred. We will have to teach our children-as well as ourselves-to love the diversity of humanity....We can do it. Yes, you and I and all of us together. Now is the time. Now is the only possible time.
Leonard Peltier once said and in my heart I feel the same his voice rings true through me to this day I had the pleasure of meeting this man long back in my youth his statement was simple this
I don’t know how to save the world. I don’t have the answers or The Answer. I hold no secret knowledge as to how to fix the mistakes of generations past and present. I only know that without compassion and respect for all of Earth’s inhabitants, none of us will survive—nor will we deserve to.
Silence, they say,is the voice of complicity. But silence is impossible. Silence screams. Silence is the message, just as doing nothing is an act. Let who you are ring out and resonate in every word and deed. Yes,become who you are. There's no sidestepping your own being or your own responsibility. What you do is who you are. You are your own comeuppance. You become your own message. You are the message. In the Spirit of Crazy Horse. or what ever great warrior you fashion to help lead your heart to the truth find ways to live your life creatively and bravely call it a right of passage if you will.
For me in this life I have seem so many wonderful and beautiful things and yet I have also found and seen some of the most horrible things man can and does do to one another this makes me sad and makes my soul search and seek the truth even that much harder in hopes of helping human beings see a different way for our lives that is in the truth of whom we truly are and what it is that makes us the beautiful beings we can become changing the world or ourselves must begin with who and what we are be the change you wish to see in our world
Power is of two kinds. One is obtained by the fear of punishment
and the other by acts of love. Power based on love
is a thousand times more effective and permanent
then the one derived from fear of punishment.
- Mohandas (Mahatma) Gandhi
You have a right to live. You have a right to be. You have these rights regardless of money, health, social status, or class. You have these rights, man, woman, or child. These rights can never be taken away from you, they can only be infringed. When someone violates your rights, remember, it is not your fault.,I believe that to meet the challenges of our times, human beings will have to develop a greater sense of universal responsibility. Each of us must learn to work not just for one self, one's own family or one's nation, but for the benefit of all humankind. Universal responsibility is the key to human survival. It is the best foundation for world peace.this is my belief many will say I am a liar but this is my truths I speak out not only for myself but for the future generations to come understand
"Nobody can do everything, but everybody can do something, everyone must play a part, everyone got to go to work, Work for Peace.
Many ask me how do we find away to peace there is no way to peace peace is the way "There's a fine line between salvation and drinking poison in the jungle."Many of you who read this will not understand our goal and commitment to sovereignty and truth to freedom and the right to govern oneself and it is said we are a nation of laws but the law must be fair and true for all or the is no rule of law at all only oppression,we must not let the leaders of this world and our country that we understand their actions against humanity and we will have none of it !!!
A law does not make a person behave in any specific way; it only represents a threat of reprisal and cannot stop a free person from taking the liberty to violate it. The sum of more laws only means more punishments and imprisonment to be carried out by the government on the free people of our nation. Our laws should be more like; “don’t sweat the small violations and all violations are small”. Did or have you ever considered why the founders didn’t create a civil or federal police force and left policing if necessary to we the people. That as we as a nation grew we didn’t create law enforcement agencies we created police agencies for the purpose of keeping the peace, not enforcing the laws but to protect us from violence and crime and investigation, where law enforcement was strictly the purview of the legal system and the courts.“The result of these trends is that today the courts, unrestrained by
higher law and disdainful of majority will, are the dominant force in American politics. As law professor Russell Hittinger writes, in Casey the Court has laid down a "new covenant" by which it agrees to give citizens the right to decide for themselves the meaning of life, to decide what is right and wrong, to do as they please. In exchange for this guarantee, the Court asks only that the people accept the Court's assumption of ultimate power.3S Or as Notre Dame's Gerard Bradley puts it, the Court has said: "We will be your Court, and you will be our people.”
Truth Makes Men Free
,Know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. -- John 8:32
Ignorance is enslaving. It makes men the slaves of fear. Truth kills fear. The light of scientific knowledge has swept the world clear of many of its superstitions-superstitions born or ignorance. And thus men have been freed from many of those superstitious fears which for long ages have enslaved the race.
The most cruel bondage is the bondage of sin. The most enslaving fear is that which is born of a guilty conscience. But it is the truth that God forgives sin and cleanses away its stain of guilt from the soul. When the sinner comes to know this truth, and through repentance and faith accepts it as applying to himself, he is set free from sin's bondage and guilty fears. No longer does he "flee when no man pursueth"; but in his new-found liberty he is "bold as a lion." He no longer has an accusing conscience dogging his every step, and making him afraid of every shadow that falls across his path. The truth of God's forgiveness has freed him from all such fear, and he is now able to face the world with the courage and boldness of a free and righteous man.
There are other fears that make slave - victims of men - the fear of sickness, the fear of death, the fear of poverty, the fear of calamity, the fear of misfortune and other possible evils. Why do men live in slavish fear of these things? It is because they do not know the truth about God and His loving care. They do not realize that they live in a friendly universe, created and controlled by a friendly God. If men knew and realized this truth, they would nevermore be afraid of any possible contingency of evil or disaster. If everybody knew God, nobody would be anxious or fearful about anything.
Thus we see how truth makes men free. Let us therefore seek to know the truth and live in the truth, that we may be delivered from the bondage of ignorance and be no more the slaves of fear.
In faith I believe with all my heart in god and the bible, I am no bible thumber, “I am a strong Christian. Not a perfect one—not close. But I strongly believe in God, Jesus, and the Bible. When I die, God is going to hold me accountable for everything I've done on earth. He may hold me back until last and run everybody else through the line, because it will take so long to go over all my sins.” Honestly, I don’t know what will really happen on Judgment Day. But what I lean toward is that you know all of your sins, and God knows them all, and shame comes over you at the reality that He knows. I believe the fact that I’ve accepted Jesus as my savior will be my salvation.
“You never see animals going through the absurd and often horrible fooleries of magic and religion. . . . Dogs do not ritually urinate in the hope of persuading heaven to do the same and send down rain. Asses do not bray a liturgy to cloudless skies. Nor do cats attempt, by abstinence from cat's meat, to wheedle the feline spirits into benevolence. Only man behaves with such gratuitous folly. It is the price he has to pay for being intelligent but not, as yet, quite intelligent enough.”
“It must be something voluntary, something self induced - like getting drunk, or talking yourself into believing some piece of foolishness because it happens to be in the Scriptures. And then look at their idea of what's normal. Believe it or not, a normal human being is one who can have an orgasm and is adjusted to society. It's unimaginable! No question about what you do with your orgasms. No question about the quality of your feelings and thoughts and perceptions. And then what about the society you're supposed to be adjusted to? Is it a mad society or a sane one? And even if it's pretty sane, is it right that anybody should be completely adjusted to it?”
Individual rights are not subject to a public vote; a majority has no right to vote away the rights of a minority; the political function of rights is precisely to protect minorities from oppression by majorities (and the smallest minority on earth is the individual).Never be afraid to raise your voice for honesty and truth and compassion against injustice and lying and greed. If people all over the world...would do this, it would change the earth.” Act now - Become A Supporting member of humanity to help end hunger and violence in our country
The individual has always had to struggle to keep from being overwhelmed by the tribe. If you try it, you will be lonely often and sometimes frightened. But no price is too high to pay for the privilege of owning yourself
Let no man or women posture as an advocate of peace if he proposes or supports any social system that initiates the use of force against individual men, women in any form.
"Most Americans have no idea that what we are fed by the news media is nothing more than a portrayal of what powerful corporations want us to believe, that what happens to pass as education is as often as not mere propaganda, that what we learn in church may have very little or nothing to do with the truth, that what our parents teach us may be nothing more than an accumulation of their own personal biases, no doubt a rather subtle modification of what they were taught by their parents. And through such a process, governments and nations around the world wield control as to what their citizens, believe, value, and do." "We must not conceal from ourselves that no improvement in the present depressing situation is possible without a severe struggle; for the handful of those who are really determined to do something is minute in comparison with the mass of the lukewarm and the misguided. And those who have an interest in keeping the machinery of war going are a very powerful body; they will stop at nothing to make public opinion subservient to their murderous ends. ""The man who reads nothing at all is better educated than the man who reads nothing but newspapers." -Thomas Jefferson
A friend said to me how much do you love me, my answer to that and to all I love with all my heart and unconditionally, I can not in good conscience love any other way many say to me that I have done some horrible things in my life and I have but I have a guilty conscience for that and god is making me see that by the pain in my heart so I can remember the things I have done and to make the changes I need to become a better man for my self and others I hope that will be enough at the least when I stand before the lord at the end of my life he will know I used everything he gave me and I had nothing left Justice is not a flexible tool. Unless we all do our part to ensure that justice is applied equally to all human beings, we are a party to its abuse. We must stand together to protect the rights of others.
What I am is a father, a grandfather, a great grandfather, and an artist. I am a man who loves his people
As a sovereign citizen of America my opinion on the wars is simple this
If you look at Iraq and Afghanistan's situations, they are quickly becoming much like our Indian reservations in America. They will have puppet governments funded and controlled by a U.S. Government that siphoned off their resources. You don't have to be an English major to read the writing on the wall; I am in here as a warning to others, just like those men who are in Guantanamo are a warning to others - if you stand up to us you face these same consequences.I do not believe Federal Government fears me at all, they know the truth. They know I am not a dangerous person, they hold me as a hostage to discourage other people from possibly standing up to their valued system. In their minds, right or wrong the public is expected to lay down for them. You see examples of this, at the Ruby Ridge massacre and the Waco massacre, where they killed all those children and group members.

“A government cannot be truly just without affirming the intrinsic value of human life.”
In our world today “People who cannot restrain their own baser instincts, who cannot treat one another with civility, are not capable of self-government... without virtue, a society can be ruled only by fear, a truth that tyrants understand all too well”
Many people—particularly the young—have been persuaded that such a search is futile. They have been told from their preschool days on that one person’s opinion is as good as another’s, that each person can pick his or her own truth from a multicultural smorgasbord. If one choice proves unsavory, pick another, and so on, until, in a consumerist fashion, we pick the truth we like best. I think the despair of Generations X, Y, and now E comes from this fundamental notion that there’s no such thing as reality or the capital-T truth. Almost every new movie I see these days features a bright, good-looking, talented young man who is so downright sad, he can barely lift his head. I want to scream, “What’s wrong with this guy?” Then I feel a profound compassion because his generation has been forbidden the one thing that makes life such a breathtaking challenge: truth.” “This idea that it’s intolerant to object to anyone else’s position, however, is a complete perversion of the historic understanding of tolerance, which was that one had to have the respect to listen to anyone else’s point of view, even one with which one might profoundly disagree. Tolerance did not reject truth claims; it respected them.”
“Finally, the loss of moral authority in the law means we have forfeited the rule of law and reverted to arbitrary human rule. The rule of law cannot survive unless there is an unchanging and transcendent standard against which we can measure human laws. Otherwise, the law is whatever the lawmakers or judges say it is-which can only result, eventually, in the collapse of free government. The postmodernist assault on objective moral truth has put us on the road to tyranny.”
“You can not be so blind with patriotism that you can't face reality. Wrong is wrong, no matter who does it or says it.” “I'm for truth, no matter who tells it. I'm for justice, no matter who it is for or against. I'm a human being, first and foremost, and as such I'm for whoever and whatever benefits humanity as a whole.”
“Education is our passport to the future, for tomorrow belongs to the people who prepare for it today.” THE POWER IS WITH YOU “To me, the thing that is worse than death is betrayal. You see, I could conceive death, but I could not conceive betrayal.” WE LIVE IN AND DEMENTED WORLD TODAY
“Usually when people are sad, they don't do anything. They just cry over their condition. But when they get angry, they bring about a change.” IF WE CAN GET PAST THE LIES WE ARE TOLD IN THE MEDIA AND ITS INDOCTRINATION OF THE WORLDS PEOPLE “If you're not careful, the newspapers will have you hating the people who are being oppressed, and loving the people who are doing the oppressing.” “The media's the most powerful entity on earth. They have the power to make the innocent guilty and to make the guilty innocent, and that's power. Because they control the minds of the masses.”“So early in my life, I had learned that if you want something, you had better make some noise.”
Anyone is welcome to use their voice @ My blog, FREEDOM OR ANARCHY,Campaign of Conscience.if you seek real change and the truth the first best way is to use the power of the human voice and unite the world in a common cause our own survival I believe that to meet the challenges of our times, human beings will have to develop a greater sense of universal responsibility. Each of us must learn to work not just for oneself, ones own family or ones nation, but for the benefit of all humankind. Universal responsibility is the key to human survival. It is the best foundation for world peace,“Never be afraid to raise your voice for honesty and truth and compassion against injustice and lying and greed. If people all over the world...would do this, it would change the earth.” Love and Peace to you all stand free and your ground feed another if you can let us the free call it LAWFUL REBELLION standing for what is right
“And when I speak, I don't speak as a Democrat. Or a Republican. Nor an American. I speak as a victim of America's so-called democracy. You and I have never seen democracy - all we've seen is hypocrisy. When we open our eyes today and look around America, we see America not through the eyes of someone who has enjoyed the fruits of Americanism. We see America through the eyes of someone who has been the victim of Americanism. We don't see any American dream. We've experienced only the American nightmare.”AWAKEN OURSELVES

“You know, if we understand one question rightly, all questions are answered. But we don't know how to ask the right question. To ask the right question demands a great deal of intelligence and sensitivity. Here is a question, a fundamental question: is life a torture? It is, as it is; and man has lived in this torture centuries upon centuries, from ancient history to the present day, in agony, in despair, in sorrow; and he doesn't find a way out of it. Therefore he invents gods, churches, all the rituals, and all that nonsense, or he escapes in different ways. What we are trying to do, during all these discussions and talks here, is to see if we cannot radically bring about a transformation of the mind, not accept things as they are, nor revolt against them. Revolt doesn't answer a thing. You must understand it, go into it, examine it, give your heart and your mind, with everything that you have, to find out a way of living differently. That depends on you, and not on someone else, because in this there is no teacher, no pupil; there is no leader; there is no guru; there is no Master, no Saviour. You yourself are the teacher and the pupil; you are the Master; you are the guru; you are the leader; you are everything. And to understand is to transform what is.
I think that will be enough, won't it?”
My final thoughts for this post is simple this ,A man or women is either free or they are not. There cannot be any apprenticeship for freedom.
We the citizens of humanity must come to understand that (There is no valid argument for the destruction of our planet and any form of life on it.As human beings, our greatness lies not so much in being able to remake the world - that is the myth of the atomic age - as in being able to remake ourselves.) Be the change that you want to see in the world.
I deal with people every day and in many situations and on many issue in my line or work and activism I have had some ask me why I call Americans sheep just take a look at the social net and it will explain itself to everyone all you see is talk and that may be good but without action to what anyone speaks that's all it is cheap words “Civil disobedience is not our problem. Our problem is civil obedience. Our problem is that people all over the world have obeyed the dictates of leaders…and millions have been killed because of this obedience…Our problem is that people are obedient all over the world in the face of poverty and starvation and stupidity, and war, and cruelty. Our problem is that people are obedient while the jails are full of petty thieves… (and) the grand thieves are running the country. That’s our problem.”I have never been a spectator.
“Honor, justice, and humanity, forbid us tamely to surrender that freedom which we received from our gallant ancestors, and which our innocent posterity have a right to receive from us. We cannot endure the infamy and guilt of resigning succeeding generations to that wretchedness which inevitably awaits them if we basely entail hereditary bondage on them making each and everyone who remained silent in a time of deceit just as guilty has those who cause our extinction as a race of people.” "We have laid the foundation for a better life. Things that were unimaginable a few years ago have become every day reality. I belong to the generation of leaders for whom the achievement of democracy was the defining challenge."
"In all disputes a point is arrived at where no party, no matter how right or wrong it might have been at the start of that dispute, will any longer be totally in the right or totally in the wrong. Such a point, I believe, has been reached in this debate. Let us not equivocate: a tragedy of unprecedented proportions is unfolding in in America today!!!
The so-called elections have passed"Today we are a nation at war not peace with itself, UN-united in our diversity, not only proclaiming but living out the contention that America belongs to all who live in it but to those who have deceived the world and its people . We take our place amongst the nations of the world, confident and proud in being an American people of every race color and creed A nation by any standard on of hypocrites and false Patriots it makes me wonder what the founders would say to use all today right or wrong we were left the responsibility of a nation as it is written WE THE PEOPLE HERE BY FORM A MORE PERFECT UNION."
On poverty: There will be those that call me a liar and attempt to discredit me in what I say to you all in this not of truth to the world Thou shalt not steal does not mean the poor must starve
"Overcoming poverty is not a gesture of charity. It is an act of justice. It is the protection of a fundamental human right, the right to dignity and a decent life. While poverty persists, there is no true freedom."
On human solidarity: for this one key element brothers and sisters is power and the way to freedom and away from oppression and pain poverty and strife brought on every citizen of this world for there is no justice in this world for those without money ???
"As the years progress one increasingly realizes the importance of friendship and human solidarity. And if a 55-year-old may offer some unsolicited advice on this occasion, it would be that you, irrespective of your age, should place human solidarity, the concern for the other, at the center of the values by which you live."
I tell you this for my children for my countrymen “When a man is denied the right to live the life he believes in, he has no choice but to become an outlaw.”
“ As we can very well see today the Political language — and with variations this is true of all political parties, from Conservatives to Anarchists — is designed to make lies sound truthful and murder respectable, and to give an appearance of solidity to pure wind.“
“Many have forgotten this truth that Individual rights are not subject to a public vote. A majority has no right to vote away the rights of a minority. The political function of rights is precisely to protect minorities from oppression by majorities, and the smallest minority on earth is the individual.”
I was a Soldier for 14.5 years and I came to write this article with an open mind. As I always like to tell people "I fight for your freedom, what you do with it is up to you." (Even if it includes disagreeing with what I do). But I must say, for as generic as "thank you for your service" may seem; it is a whole lot more than my father got (Drafted-drill sergeant/ 3 tours in Vietnam-3 Purple hearts to prove it...), he came home to hate, disregard, and protest.
My father did not get a generic"thank you"; people spit in his face, called him a baby killer, had no real support or benefits from his government, and all for what?.. A war he was drafted and FORCED to fight in. Service members of today come home to a much softer climate. So do you know who I thank? WWII veterans... Men who against certain odds faced certain death purely out of love for their country. Korean War Veterans... Or as we call "The forgotten ones" and of course Vietnam Vets... Men who were forced out of their homes, to face pointless terror, all to be hated when they came home for it.
Change will not come if we wait for some other person or some other time. We are the ones we've been waiting for. We are the change that we seek.
and have no illusions brothers and sisters,
"There's a fine line between salvation and drinking poison in the jungle."
My hypocrisy only goes so far I am a sovereign citizen and choose to Govern my own being honest and true to my people i will not except ever to be Governed but by god for whom I pray and place before all worldly values of man,or governments as it has already shown to be true to the world it's grace of governing any citizen of humanity and it is simple this “To be GOVERNED is to be watched, inspected, spied upon, directed, law-driven, numbered, regulated, enrolled, indoctrinated, preached at, controlled, checked, estimated, valued, censured, commanded, by creatures who have neither the right nor the wisdom nor the virtue to do so. To be GOVERNED is to be at every operation, at every transaction noted, registered, counted, taxed, stamped, measured, numbered, assessed, licensed, authorized, admonished, prevented, forbidden, reformed, corrected, punished. It is, under pretext of public utility, and in the name of the general interest, to be place under contribution, drilled, fleeced, exploited, monopolized, extorted from, squeezed, hoaxed, robbed; then, at the slightest resistance, the first word of complaint, to be repressed, fined, vilified, harassed, hunted down, abused, clubbed, disarmed, bound, choked, imprisoned, judged, condemned, shot, deported, sacrificed, sold, betrayed; and to crown all, mocked, ridiculed, derided, outraged, dishonored. That is government; that is its justice; that is its morality."
I close this letter to humanity and my countrymen and women with this final thought in hopes that it goes to your brains and slides down to your hearts and feeds your soul the strength to stand and be counted it is your human right Let us see it as LAWFUL REBELLION STAND FOR WHAT IS RIGHT
“We cannot have peace if we are only concerned with peace. War is not an accident. It is the logical outcome of a certain way of life. If we want to attack war, we have to attack that way of life.” “The problem after a war is with the victor. He thinks he has just proved that war and violence pay. Who will now teach him a lesson?” “No Big Power in all history ever thought of itself as an aggressor. That is still true today.” There is no way to peace; peace is the way.
When the typical reformer or revolutionist proclaims the new order, he goes on to urge men to organize, agitate, get out the vote, fight. Jesus also proclaimed The Kingdom of God [i.e., the revolution] is at hand; but immediately added in true prophetic fashion, Repent. That is to say, if we are to have a new world, we must have new men; if you want a revolution, you must be revolutionized. A world of peace will not be achieved by men who in their own souls are torn with strife and eagerness to assert themselves. In the degree that the anti-war or pacifist movement is composed of individuals who have not themselves, to use Aldous Huxley's phrase, achieved detachment, who have not undergone an inner revolution, it too will experience the same failure to achieve self-discipline, integrity, true fellowship among its own members which has afflicted other movements for social change.
if you will not stand up for your own rights or the rights of your children and future generations to come ?how can I have faith in you to stand up for My rights or any one else for that matter??? Hence there is the separation between the citizens and the soldier.
“It is the responsibility of intellectuals to speak the truth and expose lies.” and many do but at a price of being placed on a watch list or to be detained hounded and arrested held and with out due process they are the heroes those whom have chosen to speak out at any cost from veterans to soldiers to the citizen STAND AND BE COUNTED
